Once your order is placed, our talented fabricators will get to work on your backsplash. We'll let you know when it's finished and ready to be shipped.

Returns and Warranty

We value our relationships with our customers and we can take pride in the work of our fabricators. Our backsplashes come with a 60 day return policy and a 3 year warranty. We handle shipping and provide repairs or replacements for any damaged backsplashes. 

• What does the warranty covers? Failed welds to the french cleat or optional hooks.
• What does the warranty not cover? Damages that were caused by the customer.
• We will provide shipping for backsplashes returned for approved repairs.

Please note: Any aging treatment or alternation to the finish will void the warranty and make the backsplash ineligible for return. Because aging methods can produce varying results, we strongly recommend testing the process on a sample first to ensure you are happy with the final appearance before applying it to your backsplash.
